FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
At La Bella Aesthetics, we offer 15 minute complimentary consultations for all cosmetic treatments. For skin related concerns, we offer 30 minute skin consultations, where a personalised treatment plan can be created for you.
Alternatively, you can opt to book in the "Unsure, decide treatment on day" option, which allows our skin experts to consult you first, and follow with the most suitable treatment immediately after.
Yes, if you are feeling unwell, please let us know so we can rebook you to another day/time. This ensures the highest level of safety for our clinic, staff and clients.
We are unable to treat you if you have an active cold sore for any skin treatments. If you are prone to coldsores, we recommend taking an anti viral prior to coming in for skin needling, chemical peels, Cosmelan or any Injectables around the mouth.
No. We do not recommend having any Cosmetic Treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding.
We do require all clients to be off Roaccutane for a minimum of 6 months before having any skin treatments. Cosmetic treatments are okay.
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us, we understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, resulting in the need to change your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
In the event of a no show, or when less than 24 hours notice is given to change or cancel your appointment, La Bella Aesthetics reserves the right to keep your deposit.
As all bookings are made online, we require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
All bookings are subjected to a booking fee $50- $100 (depending on treatment) which is a non-refundable booking fee. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee maybe applied to future services.
Gift vouchers can be purchased in clinic with a physical hard copy voucher, or online and emailed to yourself or the receiver.

Unfortunately due to my work space and insurance policy I can not allow children in clinic. I do apologise for any inconvenience.

It is common courtesy to arrive early to your appointment, as a thorough consultation, consent forms, client questions etc, need to be addressed before any treatment can commence. If you are more then 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

We kindly ask that you follow Queensland Government COVID19 health advice. If you have any symptoms, or have been in a COVID19 hotspot, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
